Check in between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 am. Bags may be stored until afternoon ferry service.
 
Pricing: Rates include a full breakfast each day and the HST. One day stays may be accommodated Monday to Thursday.
Reservations: VISA or MC card finalizes a reservation.

Cancellation Policy: 14 days. Space is quite limited, therefore reservations are regarded as commitments - without adequate notice of cancellation or reduced stay, there will be a charge of one night's room rate for stays of 2 days or less, or one-half of the total reservation for stays of 3 nights or more. "No shows" or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be liable for their entire reservation. Group reservations of two rooms or more should plan on providing a non-refundable deposit 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations with adequate notice are subject to a booking fee of $25 per room. We issue transferable gift certificates for the full value of your payment in lieu of a refund for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in.
 
Children: children from 0 - 13 is $ 20
Additional Adult: for 3 persons sharing with prior approval, add $50.
 
Dietary Restrictions: With advance notice, Armand Heights will do everything possible to accommodate special requests.
 
Smoking: Permitted strictly outdoors only, away from open windows and other guests, and in the months of fire hazard, on the patios only with extreme caution - thank you. Smoking in any suite or indoor area will be liable to a surcharge of $200 per incident.
 
Damage or Missing Items: Apart from normal wear and tear, damage from negligence or items found missing from a suite will be charged at cost plus 50%. Privacy: In compliance with B.C.'s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) which became effective January 1,2004, please note that any information collected in the course of finalizing a reservation is for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the reservation and/or of satisfying the requirements of the B.C. Hotel Guest Registration Act. Your information will never be shared with another organization for research or promotional purposes - as always, confidentiality is not only what you expect but also what we respect.
 
Hot Tub Policy: Hot Tub hours are daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 p.m. Before using hot tub please ask how the hot tub works, shower - before using and never put any chemicals in the hot tub. Only plastic glasses for use around hot tub, and absolutely no alcohol in hot tub. Use hot tub at your own risk. Please do not place any objects on the hot tub cover and do not step on the hot tub cover. Any damage done to the hot tub or the hot tub cover will be charged to you.
